I bought this camera during a difficult time in my life. Being alone in a new country and struggling with depression pushed me to turn to photography more seriously. Wandering the streets of Savannah, I began photographing people, which gave my extroverted side an outlet and helped me find a sense of community. Not everyone I met was kind, but some truly beautiful souls helped me slowly feel like myself again.
